This privacy policy describes how personal data is processed when consulting the firstinstancecourt.com portal, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, "GDPR") and applicable Belgian legislation.

The portal does not require user registration. Reference numbers entered through the verification form are processed in-memory for the sole purpose of returning the corresponding record. They are not retained beyond the duration of the session.
